Frank Ocean Featured in Kanye’s New Slaves

Kanye is at it again with a new album on the horizon. To promote his 6th studio album he debuted a new song/video titled New Slaves across 66 buildings in America. The core of the song is just Kanye, but it ends with some real pretty vocals that was just recently confirmed to be none other then Odd Future’s Frank Ocean. The feature was confirmed by Frank’s own mother via Twitter. Not surprising since Kanye and Frank have been seen together in the studio plenty of times leading up to Kanye’s new album.

Mike G has just unleashed another track from his upcoming Chopped & Screwed tape; White Ice. This time putting his touch on the track ‘Christmas Song’ which is taken from ‘Visions’ the third studio album by Grimes and features her step brother, Jay Worthy, on rapping duties.

We also now know the release date of White Ice! It will be available to download on May 20th, so be sure to mark your calendars! Check out the new track below.

Getting a Wolf Tattoo (Video) plus more OFWGKTA Fan Tattoos

So I recently made a pretty huge decision to get Tyler’s original Wolf artwork tattoo’d on my arm. I thought it would be a great way to pay appreciation to amazing album.I brought along a camera to catch some of the action. Check out my video shortly documenting the tattoo.

New Hodgy Beats EP Coming Later This Month

It has just been announced via the MellowHype Twitter page that Hodgy will be dropping an EP towards the end of this month!

This will be Hodgy’s first solo project since he dropped his ‘Untitled EP’, which featured production from Flying Lotus, Juicy J & The Alchemist, in February of last year. Nothing is known about this new project yet, apart from the release date, but be sure to keep an eye on the blog as we will let you know any new information once we have it! Frank Ocean To Feature On The Soundtrack For ‘The Bling Ring’

The track ‘Super Rich Kids’ off Frank’s debut album, chanel ORANGE, will feature on the soundtrack for the new Sofia Coppola written and directed movie, The Bling Ring. The film is a true story and is based on this Vanity Fair article. This is not the first time Frank has been featured on a motion picture soundtrack, as he also appears on The Great Gatsby soundtrack by way of his collaboration with Jay-Z & Kanye West ‘No Church in the Wild’. However, it is a first for the feature artist on Super Rich Kids – Earl Sweatshirt – this will be Earl’s first time appearing on an OST.
