This thread is idiotic. Mac Miller is horrible because he is a horrible musician. Whether people like him for his skin colour is irrelevant and it shouldn\'t even be important.

Yes, people can relate to artists based on the topics they make music about. Yes, skin colour is sometimes an issue to some people. Yes, most fans of any artist or group are mindless consumers. Thanks for stating the obvious.

Aside everything, your argument is just generally devoid of any logic. Mac Miller is nothing special; we shouldn\'t be looking at his fans to be able to make such a claim.

When white kids try to claim he's the greatest rapper alive, someone has to step up and say something. You can't simply say to them "he's nothing special" because they don't see that yet. When someone is convinced of something, you can't simply tell them the opposite belief and expect them to understand it. You have to make them realize why things are the way they are. Atheists don't convince Christians to de-convert by saying "God isn't real".

When Mac dies out and people stop calling him "great", I'll stop telling people he needs to die out and isn't great. I'm just teaching here, that's all. If you already know what I'm teaching, move on to a different class.
